Join Mettagroup founder George Haas for our signature course Meditation x Attachment™ offering instruction in Buddhist theory, Attachment Theory, and in-depth meditation techniques. It will focus on developing secure relationships, uprooting past attachment conditioning, working through conflict resolution strategies, and will draw deeply on Daniel P. Brown's Ideal Parent-Figure (IPF) Attachment Protocol. This special four-day intensive is presented in-person with the Be Touched Community in Utrecht, Netherlands.
