MEDITATION x ATTACHMENT™ LEVEL TWO (NO MENTORING)

Level Two is open to students who have completed Level One as well as students have taken any previous iterations of our intensive courses or extended retreats. The course offers a more in-depth exploration of the connections between attachment and regular meditation practice to shift your existing relationships into secure functioning ones, drawing deeply on Dr. Daniel P. Brown’s Idealized Parent Figure (IPF) protocol. Classes are live-streamed on Zoom, and are recorded and archived with video and/or audio files available for students who miss any sessions or wish to review the material again.

Class Dates: 1/19, 2/2, 2/16, 3/1, 3/15, 4/5, 4/19, 5/3, 5/17, 6/7, 6/21, 7/5
TOTAL COST: $649 ($300 deposit + 1 additional payments of $349)
Your deposit payment of $300 will be charged to your credit card immediately and one additional payment of $349 will be charged on the day of the first class. This is a six month series that is best experienced by attending all sessions live, however students are welcome to keep up via class recordings if they can’t make it live to every session.
